‘Calm the Breath, Calm the Mind’

When the breath is not controlled, the mind is like a leaf being blown around in a windstorm.

The leaf is in a state where it wanders without control or stability.  When the wind stops, the leaf settles to rest in a calm state.  By cultivating mindfulness and slow breathing, you bring balance to your  mind creating peace and calm, regardless of any stressed or challenges you encounter.

Learn how your breath and mind are deeply linked.

Geshe Yong Dong will teach us and guide us in a very simple way on how to use our breath and be mindful in our daily lives.
