Ngondro Practice, Thursday night, 7 pm. Online. Free.

We are taking a break for August, see you in September.

The Ngondro or Preliminary practice in Tibetan Buddhism is a cornerstone Buddhist practice. Through this practice, one removes karmic traces, deepens compassion for all beings and builds a strong base for future practices. The Ngondro can only be practiced if you have received transmission from GesheLa.

If you have received transmission please contact us to receive the Zoom code for the Thursday night event. If you have not received transmission, please contact us to put your name on a list for future transmission by GesheLa.

Transmission is typically given around Retreats and Workshops. We will contact you via email when the next transmission date has been set.
