Sound Bath

GesheLa will use mantras, Tibetan singing bowls, drums and gongs to guide you to a place of peace and bliss.

We often block energy within ourselves, which can lead to the creation of physical illness and mental stress. Sound purifies any blockages and imbalances in the body, mind & spirit.

Rang da is Tibetan for Self-Sound, our natural inner sound. The relaxing music of a sound bath activates and connects us with our inner sound, helping to balance our body, mind and spirit.
