GesheLa’s teachings are like medicine for the soul in these turbulent times. Teachings range from learning how to meditate to dharma teachings from the Bon Buddhist Tradition. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there’s always something new to learn. Our Tuesday night teachings are also an excellent opportunity to ask questions and to meet fellow sangha members.
