Tibetan Bon Buddhism Soul Retrieval
Join us April 13 -14, 2024 at the House of Now in Courtenay, or on Zoom, to learn and practice the ancient Tibetan tradition of soul and life force retrieval rituals. These practices are done regularly by Tibetans to help themselves and others heal from difficult experiences in life. This retreat is an introduction to practices that can help to remove the obstacles that create suffering through our experiences with external forces. We can learn to recall and reinforce our life energy that may have been weakened or lost due to negative or traumatic experiences. Calling on the living essences of the five elements to balance and heal our lives and bodies can help us to become more centred and grounded.
